bought a car a year ago
done less than a thousand miles
2 coil springs have gone ,two new tyres, oil leak, problem with window, air con never worked, no spare
no replies to e mails or calls
went through resolver no reply and they aren't signed up to ombudsman either
don't have customer service but have " reputation executives" which just says everything
MOT and service £900 with advisories
obviously just valeted the car when it said serviced and had the nerve to put a "quality assured" sticker on the car
