After buying the car I discovered that I didn’t have my £99 deposit deducted from my balance.
I’ve been going around in circles. I have been asked for my bank details twice over the past few months and I havent received the refund, emails ignored after sending my bank details.
The person that sold me the car doesn’t respond, I’ve put in various complains and don’t get anywhere.
It is the worst costimer service I have ever experienced. For this reason I will never use them again when I upgrade my car.
They only seem care about the sale after that are not interested in communicating.
I would advise anything considering buying a car with them to avoid. I bought my car from the Warrington branch.
The car was also delivered days early unexpectedly when I didn’t have it taxed so it was quite stressful.
The one star is too much.
