£17000 on a Peugeot Expert and five months on after numerous trips back to the dealership I'm still without a working van. Random dashboard lights, failed flywheel and clutch, DPF issues amongst other things. Yes, these things can happen but how they have been managed by Evans Halshaw Wolverhampton is a joke, they don't answer the phones, reply to emails or take ownership of these issues, they're also ill equipped to work on vehicles other than Ford it would seem as the van has had to go to 'specialists' to diagnose issues! I've currently been without a working vehicle since the 14th July and the RAC were called out for the flywheel/ clutch failure and still waiting for that and the DPF issues to be rectified. Now investigating the legal route to recover my out of pocket expenses and commercial losses
