Was told my parcel would be delivered by 8.00 pm and 2 minutes before this i was told they couldn't deliver and to contact another firm about getting it delivered this is wholly unacceptable..I will never purchase another product which has your company in charge of delivery..if I could I would leave a score of -1 and even that is too high..Andrew Donnelly an extremely disgruntled customer
