Shocking service. Now had 2 parcels stolen because of a lazy driver. Instead of coming back the next day (they must make 3 attempts to deliver) he just chucks it at my front door in an unsecured building. I have also NOT left instructions to be left safe . Now down £80 and this mob dnt care. Impossible to actually speak to a person and the chat bot is as good as usless. Will be requesting a signature on delivery in future if its this terrible company delivering. Glasgow area.
