We received a parcel that we weren't expecting, it was a present from a relative, The delivery driver dropped it over our gate (5ft high) which wasn't locked in the rain and snow at the beginning of January it sat there on the ground until 10:30 the following morning, the packaging was sodden and falling apart. How on earth this company stays in business beats me.
