Poor, poor, poorest. This company is a sham 2 seperate occasions this company has messed about with my packages, first time I got a fake delivered message and a picture of it in another house, after I rated the driver as a theif it magically appeared on my doorstep at 4am with no delivery email, suspicious no? Second was yesterday my package was delayed for 3 days only for it too arrive (was expecting at least 31 items) only to receive am ugly handbag I never ordered and no 31 items, and like others have said you cannot speak to them to resolve the issue, I've come to the conclusion while drivers are thieves and the company is a scam I'll never trust this company to deliver as they can't seem to do a simple job. Absolutely ridiculous.
