Yet again, EVRi have failed to do what they're meant to do for the third time in a row. Previous two parcels just never turned up, this time the parcel has been 'delivered' to a completly wrong address - I don't even recognise the property in the driver's photo so I can't go and retrieve the parcel myself. Shockingly poor service yet again!
