I sent late christmas presents to my daughter in Sunderland. This was done on the 4th January and was advised should have been delivered on 6th January. Had not been delivered by 17th January so raised it has an incident via WhatsApp as couldn’t speak to someone directly. Was told someone would contact me within 24 hours but have heard nothing. Tried calling customer advisor service for a day to be advised experiencing technical difficulties so didn’t get to speak to anyone. Poor service and needless to say will not be using Evri again. I would rather pay the higher prices of Royal Mail and know my package has reached its destination. Ultimately will have to replace these presents.
