Was supposed to have a parcel collected. Updated between 8 and 9pm so I left the parcel in my open porch. Wake up in the morning and the parcel has been outside all night. Track my parcel to see the “update: thanks for letting us know your parcel no longer needs collecting” absolute toy F’ing useless! This is far from my first negative experience. I never willingly choose them and I have no idea why retailers still opt for them.
