Package sent to USA on Dec 3rd. Now on Jan 22nd still hasn't arrived. Using phone number sends you to chat. Going to chat sends you to phone. Back and forth and can't get hold of a person. Worse delivery company ever!!!!! £40 pounds delivery for nothing.
