Parcel was supposedly delivered to our house but the picture is not from any place of the building. We called and there no answer just an automated answer saying that the parcel was already delivered. Try to contact the company through message but to not avail. Avoid this company. I don’t know how Temu can work with this kind of irresponsible companies to get their things delivered. I think they are in this together. Stealing people’s money saying they deliver things when they clearly don’t. Last but not least, they said that they will contact me within 24 hours which is a complete lie. They haven’t replied to my enquiry.
