Later than stated " estimated delivery." I understand the driver may have had an emergency, caught up in traffic, any posdible reason. We have to be kind .. ... but very disappointing when still no delivery outside of estimated time. I am beginning to feel same as others here. Lack of accountability by Evri. Customer Service desk did send me email from area office to say still intending to deliver today .... but no time. So possibility up to midnight? I did not know Clarks shoes used Evri othereise I would go to store. I just thought would be nice to try on line to keep up with modern times. Never again !
