I booked well in advance for my parcel to be collected. Evri gave me a time slot of 1.30 - 2.30. I stayed in all day. When they hadnt arrived I checked the trackin information which suggested that I had cancelled the collection. I had not cancelled the collection so this was unauthorised and, presumably done by an Evri employee. The AI chat and AI customer service phone service were useless. I have now emailed the CEO.
This company should not be allowed to continue trading. It is a disgrace.
