2 x 6 heavy scaffolding ladder ordered via ebay arrived damaged and had to be returned to vendor using vendor provided return label for evri to collect and return. i have attempted to contact evri 4 times who never get back to me. dealing with evri via their web site and their utterly useless chat box just has you going round in circles and adds to your frustration. rebranding from hermes to evri is nothing more than smoke and mirrors and it is just a matter of time before evri will be going under - utter shambles of a company.
