I ordered some aluminium led defuser from an online retailer on 15/01 for next day delivery, I make that the 16th. After a week of delays and robot responses to my email enquiries and phone calls, it eventually gets delivered to the wrong address. I had to use the photo they sent me to track down which address down my street it was delivered to. Eventually found it to find the package bent in half. I contacted the retailer who agreed to send me a replacement free of charge, only to be lumbered with Evri again as the courier. The replacement was sent out and, after another week of waiting and the tracking saying your package is bigger than we expected were sorting a specialist driver. They eventually updated the app to say there's a problem with your delivery, contact your supplier. Absolutely astonished how bad this one delivery company is.
