It's not the first time, but there's always an issue with parcels whilst in transit ?????. From experience, I know they have damaged the item, so now I have to wait anther 48hrs. I'm guessing that's so they can quickly replace it. Not happy at all with service claiming its being held another 48hrs as its a large item. No it isn't, it's a 25-30cm wire with a small connecter block. How is that large.
