The parcel supposed to be delivered on the 13th of Jan but this wasn’t the case the tracking said “delivered” but it has been changed to “unable to deliver”after another two weeks of waiting I decided to contact Evri customer service I had initial reply from them reassuring me the parcel will be on the way within two days but this wasn’t not the case then another email from Evri saying they will do everything what possible to get my parcel on the right track after waiting 3 days no further reply from Evri nor parcel .This is very unprofessional approach to customers never again
