Frustrated customer
God dam useless company , rebranding didn't help, they were bad before no better now. Thurs 23/1/25 message received. Customer not in unable to deliver, I was in no one rung or knocked, Fri 24/1/25, new message. Parcel handed to customer, WELL IT WASNT, tried calling the so called customer service line, its all a lie on their Web site, no one answers your call the automated system just shuts you down, had to do a Web chat, they are still looking into it and asked me to contact the seller, Did see a mice picture though of the guys trainers next to my parcel out side the main entrance to my flats, he didnt even entre the premises. Move on to Monday 27/1/25 had arranged some parcels to be picked up,with printed delivery slips from the company they were going to, only to get a message later that day to say I wasn't in, wtf, does anyone arrange things and then not be in, tried to call again, no joy there, Tuesday got a message to say they would pick up that day, tried to contact them again to say I would not be in, and to rearrange but the Web chat doesn't give you that option and then sends a message to say you have cancelled, we'll no I didn't, I have sent numerous messages via there chat, the we will get back to you in 24hrs, again a lie. I have also downloaded all the correspondence and sent to the company who are expecting my parcels, in the hope that they won't use them again, it is totally impossible to talk to a person to resolve your issue which would relive your frustration, all the other company's manage ok I never have a problem with DHL, DPD always on time and on the day. Their web system only works in their favour not the customers
