Terrible business. They never deliver on time in my experience. The last two packages have been thrown into my garden over a fence. This is dispute the fact I am at home and gave clear instructions to knock the front door. My heart sinks every time I buy online and then find out the seller is using Evri. I now don't buy from sellers using this courier and will cancel my order if I later find out they are. I can never get through to their customer services when I have had issues which in fact is nearly every time. They are an utter shambles and the industry regulator needs to stop them!!!! Not fit for purpose.
