Not reliable.
I was a loyal customer to Evri, but when Evri lost my parcel and they admitted it, unfortunately trying to claim a compensation is impossible. They will use Evri dirty trick to just make you give up. So be warned!!! Use them if you wish, but if anything happens to your parcel ( lost or damaged ) you can only blame yourself because you have been warned. My next step is to start a new complaint with Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO). Wish me luck, I will need it.
