Very poor service, dishonest and don’t care about their customer I called customer support multiple time I just got answering machine, telling me staff will contact me. I put an incident, 250905-033408 and still nobody contact me via phone Got an email saying my parcel is lost, 10 minutes later I got an notification on the App saying my parcel will be delivered today, of course the delivery time passed, I got another notification unable to deliver due to incident on the road. We have been in this nonsense for over a week Please call me so I know what is going on?
