Extremely poor service and unacceptable handling of parcels I am extremely disappointed with Evri delivery service. My parcel, worth over £100, was left outside the building by the courier, completely unattended. Anyone could have taken it, and in fact, it was picked up by a neighbor. The parcel had already been opened when I got it back. What makes the situation even worse is the way Evri dealt with my complaint. I was told someone would call me, but no one did. Instead, I only received a generic email asking me to check with neighbors and safe places, which shows they did not take responsibility for their mistake. Leaving valuable parcels outside without even attempting to deliver them properly is careless, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Customers trust delivery companies to keep their items safe, not to abandon them where they can easily be stolen. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed, both with the delivery itself and the customer service response. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Evri, and it seems they are not improving. I will seriously reconsider using this company in the future, and I cannot recommend Evri to anyone who values safe, reliable delivery.
