Don't deserve even 1 star. This is the third parcel that has gone walkabout in the last six months, each one from a different supplier. Tracking follows the same sequence 1) arrived at delivery depot. 2) out for delivery. 3) sorry there is a problem your parcel has been delayed and we are working hard to get back on track. Then nothing. On this last "non delivery" as on previous occasions there has been no update to the tracking info for over 7 days. Rang their 0333 customer help line twice - worse than useless. No human to talk to - automated computer response which recognises parcel number but no help when asked to prioritise finding delivery - final response is "sorry we have a technical problem please try later." For future orders I will be asking suppliers NOT to use Evri for any delivery to me.
