More of our parcels go missing than get delivered, happens if we get them sent to our home or the local store. Fairly certain they just nick them and sell them at car boots etc for extra cash.
We also had caught one of their drivers urinating on our property. Sent it to Evri and got no response. Awful company, even worse delivery drivers.
