Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a courier company. Their service is inconsistent, unreliable, and completely at odds with what they promise customers.
I paid for Evri to collect a parcel from my home and clearly provided the correct size and weight. When the courier arrived, he said his vehicle was too small. He made a phone call, speaking in a non-English language, and then told me another colleague with a van would come to collect it. Moments later, I received a message claiming the courier had attempted collection but that “no one was home,” which was completely untrue.
Three days later, the parcel still had not been collected. I spent hours trying to reach customer service, only to be trapped in an automated system that keeps you on the line for nearly 40 minutes before cutting off. There is no effective way to speak to anyone or resolve an issue.
Evri’s service is neither professional nor responsive. If you are expecting reliability, honesty, or timely delivery, stay well clear of this company.
