ordered my parcel 2 weeks ago for it to of been 'misplaced'. asked for a call back because i did not want to continue speaking to an automated chat bot, and then got an email from a supposed 'claire' later to find out everybody has gotten that exact same email when a parcel isn't delivered, thought i was speaking to a real person but it was actually another robot the entire time. not impressed whatsoever. i had to call the store i ordered from to get a new one sent out for me, different delivery service too.
