I purchased a V10 and (2) V11's from E-Wheels. They have been a pleasure to work with! Although our wheels have been almost trouble free, we had an issue early on with the skirts on our first V11. E-Wheels overnighted new skirts with more robust attachment eyes. Problem solved! E-wheels will continue to be our go-to company for future purchases of electric wheels.
