Absolutely amazing service. I put down money on a V12 and then changed my mind to the exn and they had no problem sliding the money over. Answered every question within a couple hours of emailing. And once I paid it was here in 2 days. Also the wheel came with spiked pedals and a knobby cst tire which were both unexpected. All around great experience, definitely recommended.
