I ordered the wrong Kingsong unicycle for my weight and caught the issue. I contacted your site and William immediately contacted me and corrected my issue and upgraded my order to the correct unicycle. He such a professional and courteous assured me everything was going to be okay. He got my order out same day. I am a customer for life with e-wheels because of William. This is my second wheel from your site. My son loves his too.
