I have gotten 2 wheels and several replacement parts as well as one canceled pre-order from eWheels. In each instance, they have been consistently awesome with communication and customer service, above and beyond. With large purchases, it's very comforting to have confidence in the retailer so IMO buying from them is a no-brainer, would recommend them to anyone.
