I ordered my first EUC from eWheels and within 3 hours I received a couple of informative/helpful emails from the staff in regards to my EUC specifically, as well as shipping & tracking information... which FedEx had also confirmed shipping that same day as well! I was surprised because it was late in the afternoon and wasn't expecting my order to be processed that same day! Two days later I turned around and ordered several accessories for my EUC (before it had even arrived), and opted/paid for 2-day shipping (in hopes of getting everything around the same day), and eWheels in turn reimbursed me for my expedited shipping costs, and everything STILL arrived in a timely manner! I sincerely thank them for all their efforts, and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!
