Vsett 8 | Quality Build | Good Performance | Fun to Ride The scooter was shipped fast; I received within a week. I prefer the build quality of the Vsett 8 more than the Plug City scooter (re-branded Zero 8) that I previously owned. The front and rear swing arm suspension makes for a smooth and maneuverable ride. Vsett 8 adds security by requiring a wave of a furnished “card” that must be swiped to activate the scooter. I use Vsett 8 to get myself to and from work via commuter train. It folds up compactly to carry aboard and stow beneath my seat on-board and in my office. The scooter is crazy fun to ride and 25 mph is plenty fast for me. I would recommend this scooter to anyone seeking good build quality and performance. Note, there are three default P-settings to be aware of: 1) P-09: Start without kick is enabled – I prefer to manually give the scooter a kick forward to start moving; 2) P-12: Acceleration is set to maximum – it’s set to highest (#5), I prefer #3 medium acceleration; 3) P-17: Cruise control is enabled – I turn this off.
