My purchasing experience was nothing short of delightful, and eWheels should be proud of it's staff. I had a few questions and concerns, and eWheels staff took the time to answer them thoughtfully, completely, and most importantly, honestly. It took a while for my wheel to come, but eWheels was forthcoming with the eta, which was pretty spot on.
Once the manufacturing process was complete, eWheels sent an email showing testing and provided an update on the shipment progress. I would most certainly purchase from ewheels again.
