this is my second EUC purchased from eWheels. The Kingsong 16S arrived on time and in perfect condition. The folks at eWheels were responsive to all my questions before and after the purchase of each EUC. Has been fun learning to ride the 16S....before all the rain started. Also bought a neoprene bodyguard. That worked really well to protect all the shiny bits of the 16S. The factory provided "EUC stand" (shipping styrofoam) works well so far. if only eWheels sells EUC stands...
