Would give a 4.5 if I could. Bought a seat and fast charger for my V11. Both were in excellent condition and a good deal. Shipping was fast. The only issue was there was nothing in the box except the items. Would have been nice to have some kind of instructions for the charger. Experienced EUC owners might not need directions, but as a newbie, I wanted to make sure I didn't blow up my battery pack. EWheels will still be one of the top places I look to buy EUC items.
