eWheels has earned my loyalty! I ordered a scooter that didn't turn on reliably and they exchanged it for a new one with zero hassle. I ordered an S22 Pro and they delayed shipping to figure out some noise issue and made sure it was 100% before shipping. I had some questions they answered very quickly via email and kept me updated on what was going on and when they expected to ship. I couldn't ask for better service and support.
