My first EUC is/was a Segway Ninebot Z10, and I love it. However, if you run into any issues with the Z10, forget it. There's no support. Finding replacement parts is a dubious task. Unfortuantely I only learned this after making my Z10 purchase a little more than a year ago. After learning this, I've only wanted to deal with a reputable US dealer that stands behind the products they sell, and eWheels hasn't let me down yet. I've been nothing but happy with the service and treatment I've received. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
