Have bought a scooter and two EUC's with ewheels and have had excellent customer service. Have not had any major issues with the devices and any of the minor concerns were very quickly resolved.
They have the best customer service I've seen, responses are super quick, even during off hours at times and I have been a very happy customer. I plan on continuing to purchase my wheels through them as I upgrade.
I will continue to promote them wherever I can as well for other folks that ask. Keep up the good work Jason and team!
