Jason and Eric are always so kind and helpful. The little extra bonuses they throw in are always welcome, such as the extra tire they threw in with my MTen4, and the discount for the extra charger and seat for my V13. Those little things have won over my loyalty.
I'm really hoping the experience is just as positive when I need support with the wheels.
