Over all the quality of service is exceptional and when I need help it’s usually somewhat easy to get in contact with ewheels team/Jason and the issue is resolved. My only gripe is seeing a pic on website that shows street tire portrayed on wheel. Double checking just to make sure the one I’m buying has a street tire by asking then it arrives with off-road tire… but there helping me get resolved so after I’m able to change it out then no complaints from me.
