I'm new with euc's and initially was reserved about shopping at ewheels. I had read alot of positive reviews though. Well I proceeded ahead and ordered a seat and some pads. Next day I received notice of a $50 refund on the pads. I didn't understand why. My order arrived and the pads were not the ones I ordered. But $50 off made them an outstanding value and I figured they'd work fine. Then I received a personal email from Jason inquiring if the modular pads I received worked ok on my v11. I explained that I hadn't tried them and had ordered the inmotion v11 pads from Amazon because it was what I thought I needed. Next I got another refund from ewheels for the balance of the price of the inmotion v11 pads, and an explanation from Jason that they had sold out the day before. Well, at this point I have a set of modular luminous pads from ewheels at no cost to me. I didn't even ask for the refunds. Their customer service is better than any that I have ever experienced anywhere on anything. I can't imagine a better place to buy from than ewheels.
