On point customer support and knowledge of there products. They gave great advice on how to go about learning to use the V13 considering it was my first wheel.. took me a bit to learn and got discouraged, but trust keep trying and dontt get discouraged because it's possible and the feeling of riding is priceless. The day I learned to ride at the park in a dirt road.(vid)
