The service and support from ewheels has been nothing short of superb. Speedy replies, courteousness, and care are the most defining aspects of ewheels customer support. I'm a first time buyer and rider, and they made an already daunting process much easier. They happily answered my questions and concerns and even added a few bonuses. I find it safe to say that from now on I will be purchasing almost exclusively from ewheels for all my PEV needs.
