The folks at eWheels are knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are getting the right product. The MTen4 is my first wheel from them, but won't be my last. The machine itself is a blast: the short wide tire immediately unlocked the ability to go backwards for me. While it isn't something I particularly want to take above 15mph or so, it is fantastic as a short errand getter, tool to improve your riding, or a 'beatup' wheel to teach your friends on. It wouldn't be my only wheel, but I am glad I have it ;)
