My Sherman-S (its terrific) is the 4th wheel I've purchased from ewheels, (S18,Mten3,Sherman Max, Sherman-S) and the process has always been smooth.
When my S18 needed tech help (back in 2021) that process (online & phone diagnosis, warranty repair) also went smooth.
