The customer service correspondence at Ewheels is as good as it gets. I was thoroughly pleased with the sales team in replying to my emails promptly. From the time I ordered my King Song 16-S AE to my door was about five days. I bought this wheel for my wife and she has become proficient on it. The box also included a free pair of wrist guards which is much appreciated!
