Since this was my first EUC of any kind I had all sorts of questions and I felt like I was driving eWheels customer service crazy but they very quickly responded to every one of my emails, even on Sunday. The service is crazy good and I will be buying my next wheel from them if for some reason this 16x isn't enough.
