Ewheels is always SUPER helpful and they respond so fast. You can almost always count on getting a response on the same day you ask a question. Additionally, the shipping is so quick. I was able to place an order for my most recent wheel and they shipped it out the same day. I live in Washington, and it was already out for delivery on the second day. I also really appreciate the support they give post-delivery. The first wheel I ordered had an issue where it would only charge to ~72-74%. They took care of me right away.
