Service after the sale. Warranty support-- happens more than you might think. Parts. Troubleshooting. Advice. There's no unicycle repair shop in your neighborhood is there?! I find I'm maintaining my own unicycle. Inner tubes. Battery pack. Control board. Cracked covers or broken handles. Quality is what keeps me out of the hospital and my house from burning down. I tried a couple other places, now I depend entirely on eWheels to pick the most solid configuration, make warranty repairs, and stock replacement parts I can trust.
